Quick guides for getting the studio tools onto your devices.

Put the Hub on your home screen so it opens like an app — full screen, no browser bar. No App Store needed.

1. Open this site in Safari — it has to be Safari (Chrome on iPhone can't install it).
2. Tap the Share button — the square with an up-arrow, in the bottom toolbar.
3. Scroll down the share list and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Tap Add (top-right). The In Detail icon lands on your home screen — open it from there from now on.

2. Tap the ⋮ menu (top-right).
3. Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app), then confirm.

Clip a product's details (name, price, vendor, SKU, dimensions, image, link) from any supplier's web page and send it into Selections & Pricing's Clip Inbox for your active client — alongside the screenshot reader. You install it in your browser once. (This part is desktop Chrome only.)

1. Unzip the download. Mac: double-click the .zip — a folder appears next to it. Windows: right-click → Extract All.
2. In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions.
3. Turn on Developer mode (toggle, top-right).
4. Click Load unpacked (top-left).
5. Select the unzipped folder — the one containing manifest.json — and click Open. (Select the folder; don't go inside it.)
6. Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin “In Detail Clipper”.
7. Click the clipper → ⚙ gear → paste this site's address → Save. Make sure you're signed into the suite in that browser.

1. On a supplier product page, click the clipper icon — it reads the product automatically.
2. Pick the client, tweak anything if needed, then Send to Clip Inbox.
3. In Design Development, open 📎 Clip Inbox → Add to Pricing or Discard.

Tip: keep the unzipped folder where it is — Chrome reads from it. When an update ships, download the new zip, replace the folder, and hit ↻ on the clipper's tile in chrome://extensions.

Mailing list

Paste the ClickUp list ID for this client's mailing list (the other list in their ClickUp folder). It saves for the whole team, and a “Mailing List” button will appear on this client's board.

Canva link

Paste the Canva link for this client (open the design in Canva, copy the URL from your browser, and paste it here). It saves for the whole team, and a “Canva” button will appear on this client's board.

Send a Square payment link

Creates a Square invoice and a secure online-payment link. When Square reports it paid, the invoice is automatically marked Paid in the ledger.

Record a payment

Marks this invoice PAID and records the payment details here for your records.

Send purchase order to vendor

Click "Open Gmail draft" to build the PO PDF and create a draft in the billing inbox with it already attached — just review and hit Send. Or download the PDF first if you'd like to check it.
